Woman charged over A4260 crash deaths

A woman has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, in connection with a collision near Tackley on December 20, 2009.
Sally Rundle, 72, from Bodicote, has been released on bail to attend Banbury Magistrates’ Court on September 14.
The collision happened at about 4.20pm on the A4260, and Eleanor Bongers, of North Oxford, and her son Joseph Gipps later died in hospital as a result of their injuries.
